We are committed to providing high-quality real estate media services while maintaining transparency and professionalism. Please review our policies to understand our terms and conditions.


1. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.


2. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.*


3. Service Expectations

  • We strive to deliver high-quality images, videos, and other media promptly. Turnaround times vary based on the service type.

  • Clients must ensure properties are clean and ready for photography or videography etc.

  • Additional retouching requests beyond standard edits may incur extra charges.*


4. Copyright & Usage

  • Edwards Media retains copyright ownership of all media until full payment is received. Once payment is made in full, the client gains ownership of the media.

  • Clients receive a usage license for marketing and listing purposes.


5. Drone & Aerial Photography

  • Drone services are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.

  • In case of weather-related cancellations, we will reschedule at no additional cost.


6. Virtual Staging & 3D Tours

  • Virtual staging is intended for marketing purposes only and may not accurately reflect the actual property.

  • Matterport and Zillow 3D tours are provided as-is; revisions may require additional fees.


7. Social Media & Branding Content

  • Clients grant Edwards Media permission to showcase completed work on our website and social media unless otherwise requested.

  • Custom branding content is developed in collaboration with clients to align with their brand identity.


8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Edwards Media is not responsible for property preparation, staging, or any damage occurring before, during, or after the shoot.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technical issues, or client unavailability.
